LCA to go activities in Ireland during the Summer 2013 (3. Cork)

The following week saw Rainer Pamminger, TUW, and Carl Diver giving a joint presentation at the TEMPO Seminar that was held in Cork on the 25th of July. There was a strong turn out at the Tempo conference with approximately 70 attendees. The tempo project is funded by Enterprise Ireland and is a 3 year project. The focus is very much on energy management in facilities. There are a number of multi-national companies with production facilities based in Ireland involved in the project. Our talk on LCA was very interesting for them as we were very much focused on products. People from Intel, Hewlett Packard, and some of the research institutes in Ireland expressed a genuine interest in the LCA to go project and we very much emphasised that they should disseminate information about LCA to go to any SMEs that they engage with.
